Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower to sharply lower on light to moderate demand 
and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice chuck and loin cuts weak to
lower while round cuts firm. Choice rib cuts steady while Select lower. Beef 
trimmings mostly sharply lower on light to moderate demand and moderate to 
heavy offerings.
